Filing a complaint
In order to make a complaint, please follow the steps below:

1. Information
Tell us the reason for the return / complaint. If the reason for the complaint is damage to the parcel, remember that in order to accept the complaint, you must have a damage report that you will get from the courier. A complaint will be considered based on the damage report

2. Product shipment
When submitting a complaint, please send the product back with all its accessories and a copy of the purchase invoice.

Return
Under current law, you have 14 days to return the goods. To withdraw from the contract and return the product purchased from us, complete the necessary statement and send it to our address along with the returned product / products:

To the package with the statement and the returned product / products, also attach all the accessories received with it, as well as the receipt or invoice.
You must pay for the return shipment
